What Viatrelis Is
Viatrelis is a digital entertainment service operated by INTERNATIONAL STUDIO LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15413601.
The Service provides access to Digital Entertainment Experiences, Account functionality, Access Packages, Coins and related platform features. It is intended exclusively for recreational and leisure use, and is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age.
No Gambling, Betting or Wagering
Viatrelis does not provide real-money gambling, betting or wagering. Users do not place bets, make wagers or risk funds when participating in Digital Entertainment Experiences.
Some Experiences include randomised elements, timing, sequences or user selection. Those mechanics are part of the entertainment content only. No outcome can result in money, prizes, payouts, cryptocurrency, gift cards, redeemable rewards or anything else with real or potential economic value. Any visual result, score or progress indicator exists solely as part of that content.
What Coins Are
Coins are internal digital units allocated for use exclusively within Viatrelis. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value, a payment instrument or a deposit, and they do not represent funds held for you.
Coins have no monetary, transferable or redeemable value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, sold, gifted or transferred to another User or third party, and they cannot be moved to an external wallet, platform or secondary market. They exist within a Closed Ecosystem: Coins allocated through Viatrelis may be used only within Viatrelis.
What a Payment Buys
A payment buys an Access Package: access to digital entertainment services, digital content and platform functionality, together with an allocation of Coins for use within Viatrelis. The number of Coins included is displayed before payment.
A payment is not a deposit, stake, bet, wager or investment, and Coins are not purchased as currency or stored value. The outcome of a Digital Entertainment Experience does not create a right to a refund. Refund and cancellation rights are set out in the Terms of Service and remain subject to any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
